System Advantages:
- The efficiency of the CO2 secondary refrigerant system is close to
that of conventional ammonia refrigeration systems;the ammonia
refrigerant charge volume of the CO2 secondary refrigerants system
is only about 10% of the ammonia pump system.
- Ammonia refrigerants is concentrated in the machine room and
doesn’t enter the personnel operation room, so the safety is
improved.
- Because of using the pump feeding mode, the CO2 secondary
refrigerant refrigeration system also has the advantages of the
ammonia pump feeding system and thus good stability.
- CO2 is a phase change secondary refrigerant. The circulation volume
of CO2 is far too smaller than that of other secondary refrigerants
on the premise of transmitting the same refrigerating capacity.
- Used as a secondary refrigerant, CO2 doesn’t contact refrigeration
oil;the terminal evaporator can keep high efficiency heat exchange
in the state of no oil.
- Compared with other secondary refrigerants,CO2 has low
viscosity,high heat exchange COP,large specific heat and small flow
rate.Water defrosting or CO2 hot gas defrosting can be used in
evaporator defrosting.
- Compared with conventional refrigeration systems, the CO2 secondary
refrigerant system has low cost of operation and maintenance.
Cold Storage Room Instruction:
The modular cold room series is an integrated family of sandwich
panels designed for quick cold room assembly. The panel
configuration has been reduced to a minimum, so the overall effect
is to offer the clients maximum design possibilities for cold rooms
with a minimum amount of panels required on the site. All products
from the modular range can be easily assembled without the need for
special tools. Likewise they can be dismantled easily in order to
move or enlarge them. The modular range has a wide variety of
applications from general food storage to mortuary chambers.

A. Panel: polyurethane insulation foamed by high pressure, density above
43kg/m3.
B. Economical panel thickness: 50mm,75mm, 100mm, 150mm for choice.
C. STeel sheet: Painted galvanized steel.
D. Door: Convex door, hinge door and sliding door available.
E. Compressor: Copeland, Bitzer.
